Guarantee

Our confidence in the quality of our furniture enables us to guarantee all our products for 2 years against defect. Our guarantee is offered on all products that have been used in the manner for which they were intended. It does not apply to any product that has been misused or abused, or has not been installed and cared for as per our istallation and care instructions. In the unlikely event a product fails within the guarantee period, we offer a free replacement/replacement part (or nearest equivalent). Liability is limited to the individual product itself and does not cover loss or damage to other items caused as a consequence of any defect in our product. Wooden components are prone to shrink, expand, and crack. These are natural characteristics of wood and considered normal. Therefore these occurancies are not considered defects and would not be covered by our guarantee.

Delivery

All our products are in stock and ready to dispatch, with the exception of desks, coffee tables, and dining tables which are made to order and require 2 working days to manufacture before dispatch. All delivery is free of charge unless clearly stated. Smaller items are usually sent by Royal Mail and Parcel Force. Larger items by other couriers such as Hermes or UPS. Delivery times vary between 1 and 5 days depending on the courier used. Tracking is normally provided by the courier.

Returns

In addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, we offer a 60 day returns policy as a gesture of good will. This entitles you to return for refund any item, provided the return request is received within 60 days of purchase and the item is returned successfully in its original condition and with the original packing slip.
